How to deal with stress in this pandemic where stress is all around? But by the following strategies u can cope up with stress.
- Share your feelings with your parents, friends ,loved ones, colleagues or with anyone whom you feel trustworthy . Don’t keep your feelings (fear, sadness) inside. Don’t try to hide these feelings. Express yourself to someone.
- Try to keep yourself happy if unable to do then watch comedy movies or shows or spend time with your friends.
- Exercises are the one of the good method to release your stress out. Do regular exercises.
- Proper sleep is required to be stress out. At least 6-8 hours sleep required in a day for good health. Have a good sleep daily.
- Meditation is good exercise to stress out. Meditate on God’s word.
- Do yoga to be stress out.
- Take nature walk or whenever you feel stressed sit with nature and enjoy creation on the earth. Plan to visit mountains, hills, beaches, or tourist places, & wonders on the earth.
- Manage your time and enjoy each part of your life.
- Listen music whatever you like. Music therapy is good mood changer. When u have lots of stress listen music of your choices. You feel stressed out.
